手工手板模型和數控手板模型的區別

手板模型亦稱(chēng)首板，即產(chǎn)品的首個(gè)樣板。早在七十年代香港開(kāi)始有手板興起，因早時(shí)都用手工制作為主，因而得名曰"手板"，其實(shí)叫首板更為準確。九十年代后期，特別是近幾年，我國經(jīng)濟突飛猛進(jìn)，工業(yè)設計的興起，手板業(yè)開(kāi)始興起。手板雖小，作用卻非常大，一是體現設計思維，二是展覽會(huì )展示，三是檢驗模具結構。 
       手板廠(chǎng)介紹早期的手板因為受到各種條件的限制，主要表現在其大部分工作都是用手工完成的，使得做出的手板工期長(cháng)而很難嚴格達到外觀(guān)和結構圖紙的尺寸要求，因而其檢查外觀(guān)或結構合理性的功能也大打折扣。隨著(zhù)科技的進(jìn)步，CAD和CAM技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,為手板制造提供了更加好的技術(shù)支持，使得手板的精確成為可能。另一方面，隨著(zhù)社會(huì )競爭的日益激烈，產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)速度日益成為競爭的主要矛盾，而手板制造恰恰能有效地提高產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的速度。正是在這種情況下，手板制造業(yè)便脫穎而出，成為一個(gè)相對獨立的行業(yè)而蓬勃發(fā)展起來(lái)。
